  • Service Appointment: Our team will arrive at your location at the scheduled time to perform the service requested. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for parts ordered in advance.
  • Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that our team has access to the appliance in need of repair. Please clear any obstacles and make sure that the appliance is in a safe and accessible location.
  • Warranty: We offer a 1-year parts and labor warranty on all residential repairs. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship related to the repair performed. However, the warranty does not cover any subsequent malfunctions caused by unrelated issues or misuse of the appliance.
  • Liability: Our company is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the appliance or related to the repair. We are also not responsible for any damages resulting from unforeseeable circumstances such as power outages or natural disasters.
