To ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for every customer, please take a moment to read our complete Terms & Conditions below. By booking an appointment or allowing our technician to start work, you fully accept these terms.

Appointment Scheduling & Arrival
Our technicians always aim to arrive within the confirmed 2–4 hour time window. However, due to unforeseen traffic, weather conditions, or extended previous jobs, slight delays may occasionally occur. We will keep you informed via call or WhatsApp if any delay exceeds 30 minutes.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. If notice is less than 24 hours or if our technician arrives and no one is present (no-show), a standard AED 70 visit/cancellation fee will apply.
Repeated short-notice cancellations or no-shows may unfortunately lead us to decline future service requests. -
Visit & Diagnostic Fee
A fixed, non-refundable visit and diagnostic fee of AED 70 is charged for every service call within our standard service areas.
This fee is fully credited toward your repair bill if you approve and complete the repair during the same visit. If no repair is carried out, the AED 70 covers the technician’s time, travel, and professional diagnosis. -
Payment Policy
Full payment for parts, labor, and 5% VAT (if applicable) is due immediately upon successful completion of the repair.
We gladly accept cash, all major debit/credit cards, and instant bank transfers for your convenience. -
Customer Responsibilities & Safe Access
To help our technician work quickly and safely, please:
• Ensure clear and safe access to the appliance (move furniture or items blocking the way if needed)
• Secure pets in another area
• Provide working electricity, water (where required), and sufficient lighting
• Confirm you are the legal owner of the appliance/property or have written permission from the owner to authorize the repair
Failure to provide proper access may require a second visit, which will incur an additional AED 70 visit fee. -
Quotations & Scope of Work
Initial quotations are based on the fault description you provide. Once the technician opens and diagnoses the appliance, additional hidden issues are sometimes discovered. In such cases, a revised quotation will be given on-site and your clear approval (verbal or written) will be obtained before any extra work begins.
We reserve the right to decline a repair if it is technically unsafe, not economically viable, or if genuine replacement parts are no longer available. -
Parts & Materials
We use only new genuine parts or high-quality OEM-equivalent and refurbished components that meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
Parts that must be specially ordered are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order is placed with the supplier. -
Comprehensive Warranty
• Residential repairs: Full 1-year warranty on both parts and labor from the date of service
• Commercial repairs: 90-day warranty (unless a longer period is agreed in writing)
The warranty covers any defect in the parts we supplied or the workmanship we performed.
The warranty becomes void if:
– The appliance is opened, repaired, or modified by anyone other than our authorized technicians
– Damage occurs due to power surges, water leakage, pests, improper voltage, or natural disasters
– The appliance is relocated or reinstalled by a third party
– Serial numbers or warranty seals are removed or tampered with -
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the total amount you paid for the service.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) food spoilage, water damage, loss of use of the appliance, business losses, or any third-party property damage. -
Safety & Inherent Risks
Appliance repair involves electricity, gas, refrigerants, sharp components, and heavy lifting. Our technicians strictly follow international safety standards, but certain risks are unavoidable. You acknowledge and accept these normal industry risks.

Photography & Documentation
For quality assurance, training, and warranty validation purposes, our technicians may take photographs or short videos of the appliance (before and after repair). These images remain the property of Shajarat al Muntaha Technical Service LLC and will never be shared publicly without your permission.

Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or severe supply-chain disruptions.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

Product Sales, Return & Warranty Policy (Electronic Items & Spare Parts)
Shajarat Al Muntaha Technical Service L.L.C. supplies electronic spare parts strictly for professional installation and technical use only. Due to the sensitive and highly technical nature of electronic components, all product sales are subject to the following special conditions:
🚫 No Return / No Exchange Policy
All electronic items and spare parts sold by Shajarat Al Muntaha Technical Service L.L.C. are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, collected, or installed.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Sensors and electronic components

Refurbished or new electronic items

Imported or special-order parts

All spare parts and accessories
Returns will not be accepted under any of the following circumstances:

All electronic products are supplied without any warranty, unless clearly stated in writing on the official invoice by Shajarat Al Muntaha Technical Service L.L.C.
No warranty will be provided for:

Damage caused by improper handling or installation

Failure resulting from third-party servicing

Environmental issues such as moisture, pests, or dust

Although no return or warranty is offered, we guarantee that:

Once a product is delivered or collected, no replacement, refund, or adjustment will be considered under any circumstances.
